Eligibility Criteria ::
- The candidate must be an lndian Citizen and must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- As a domicile proof, a candidate must have a copy of the valid permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purpose or Employment Exchange Registration certificate.
Educational Qualification ::
- Candidates should have passed class VIII and Maximum Class 12 or equivalent exam. Candidates with Higher educational qualification are not eligible for apply.
Age :
- The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2025
Age Relaxation :
- For SC/ST Candidates 5 Years, upto 45 Years
- For OBC/MOBC Tea Tribes & Adivasi Community candidates 3 Years, upto 43 years.
- Persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR Category of candidates.
Mode of Selection ::
Selection will be made in Two Phases:
Phase 1
- In Phase-1 there will be an OMR based MCQ test comprising 100 Marks.
- Exam Duration : 2 Hours
- Standard of Exam : Class VI, VII & VIII

- On the basis of the performance in Phase-1, candidates will be called for interview (Phase-l
taking into the consideration the category-wise reservation in the ratio @ 1:5)
